you men and i’m sorry you people actually told me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole morning i truly was struggling and i had a hard time pretty much like every every morning specifically on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have actually always drawn they’ve always been truly hard psychological days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m simply gon na try this out i might hate it i do not understand i do not really wish to get a therapist i’ve always wished to just deal with my psychological things without having to get one because to me i just um i just do not want to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to inform individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i simply do not seem like doing all of this and i truly just wanted to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically 30 years of attempting so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i do not understand i’m simply tired of handling this and like like i said.
